AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
THE SUM OF $2,100.00 TO NATIONAL UTILITY PRODUCTS COMPANY
FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWENTY (20) MANHOLE RINGS
WHEREAS, the City has a contract with National
Utility Products Company to purchase manhole rings; and
WHEREAS, additional paving by the State has made'
it necessary for the City to purchase additional manhole
rings.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer is authorized
to pay the sum of $2,100.00 to National Utility Products
Company for the purchase of twenty (20) manhole rings.
SECTION 2. This purchase shall be charged.to
Account No. 18-500-340-354.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
