ORDINANCE NO. 90-11-4541
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF PADUCAH FORD
INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $16,590.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE NEW
1991 FORD F450 TRUCK, FOR SALE TO THE CITY FOR USE BY THE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT DIVISION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO

EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the bid of
Paducah Ford Inc. in the amount of $16,590.00 for the
purchase of one new Ford F450 truck to be used by the
Wastewater Treatment Division, said bid being in substantial
compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement for
bids as authorized by the Board of Commissioners, and as
contained in the bid of Paducah Ford Inc. of October 30,
1990.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute a
contract with Paducah Ford Inc. for sale to the City of one
new Ford truck, authorized in Section 1 above, according to
the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents
heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This purchase shall be charged to
Account No. 16-500-510-514.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
