ORDINANCE NO. 90-11-4540
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF PADUCAH FORD,
INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $29,618.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE
1991 FORD F450 CHASSIS WITH WHAYNE SATELLITE PUP MINIPACKER
BODY, FOR SALE TO THE CITY FOR USE BY THE REFUSE DEPARTMENT, ,)

AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH
PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the bid of
Paducah Ford, Inc. in the amount of $29,618.00 for the
purchase of one 1991 Ford F450 Chassis with Whayne Satellite
Pup Body to be used by the Refuse Department, said bid being
in substantial compliance with the bids as authorized by the
Board of Commissioners, and as contained in the bid of
Paducah Ford of October 30, 1990.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute a
contract with Paducah Ford, Inc. for sale to the City of
11 D chassis and body authorized in Section 1 above, according to
the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents
heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This purchase shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-420-514.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
