ORDINANCE NO. 91-4-4592
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF PADUCAH FORD,
INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $14,595.00 FOR ONE NEW FORD 4630 LCG
TRACTOR, FOR SALE TO THE CITY FOR USE BY THE FLOOD CONTROL
DIVISION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT

FOR SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the bid of
Paducah Ford, Inc. in the amount of $14,595.00 for the
purchase of one new Ford 4630 LCG tractor to be used by the
Flood Control Division, said bid being in substantial
compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement for
bids, and as contained in the bid of Paducah Ford, Inc. of
February 21, 1991.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with Paducah Ford, Inc., for sale to the
City of one new tractor authorized in Section 1 above,
according to the specifications, bid proposal and all
contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in
the bid.
SECTION 3. These purchases shall be charged to
Account No. 16-500-410-514.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
