AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF AMERICAN
RESOURCES INC. (ANALYTICAL INDUSTRIES INC.) IN THE AMOUNT OF
$17,900.00 FOR REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF ASBESTOS FROM
LOCOMOTIVE LOCATED AT FIRST AND BROADWAY, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City accepts the proposal of
American Resources Inc. (Analytical Industries Inc.) in the
amount of $17,900.00 for removal and disposal of asbestos
from locomotive located at First and Broadway, in accordance
with all local, state and federal laws.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute a
contract with American Resources Inc. (Analytical Industries
Inc.) for services authorized in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. The account number for this
expenditure shall be determined by the City Manager.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication
of title and a certified summary thereof.
