ORDINANCE NO. 91-4-4588
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF AMERICAN
LEGAL PUBLISHING CORPORATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,850.00 FOR
RECODIFICATION OF THE PADUCAH CODE OF ORDINANCES, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
WHEREAS, KRS 83A.060 requires that cities examine
and revise ordinances for consistency with state law at
least once every five years. ✓
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City accepts the proposal. of
American Legal Publishing Corporation in the amount of
$20,850.00 for recodification of the Paducah Code of
Ordinances, in accordance with the proposal of American
Legal Publishing Corporation of December 31, 1990.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute a
contract with American Legal Publishing Corporation for
recodification of ordinances as authorized in Section 1
above.
SECTION 3. The account number for this
expenditure shall be determined by the City Manager.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication
of title and a certified summary thereof.
