ORDINANCE NO. 91-3-4585
AN.ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH FARRIS, HATCHER, TREMPER & ASSOCIATES, INC. IN
AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $9,000.00 FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER-
ING SERVICES FOR SEWER LINE EXTENSION
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah intends to extend
sanitary sewers; and
WHEREAS, professional engineering services are
required in the study, design and construction of this sewer
extension.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is authorized to execute a
contract with Farris, hatcher, Tremper & Associates, Inc.
for professional engineering services for sewer line
extension to the Stinespring Estates Subdivision, as
indicated in their official proposal dated March 5, 1991.
SECTION 2.
This contract is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. The account number for this
expenditure shall be determined by the City Manager.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
