ORDINANCE NO. 91-3-4584
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $98,551.00
WITH JOE LINDLEY CONTRACTING, INC. FOR CROOKED CREEK PHASE
III SEWER EXTENSION
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with
Joe Lindley Contracting, Inc. for construction of Crooked V
Creek Phase III Sewer Extension; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$98,551.00 is required for various additions and deletions
to the contract.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$98,551.00 with Joe Lindley Contracting, Inc. for construc-
tion of Crooked Creek Phase III Sewer Extension. This
Change Order is attached hereto and incorporated herein as
if set out in full.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with Joe
Lindley Contracting, Inc. is amended to $369,143.00.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
the Sewer Depreciation and Extension Account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
