ORDINANCE NO. 91-3-4577
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT WITH W. R. COLES AND ASSOCIATES FOR PROFESSIONAL
y ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR DOWNTOWN RIVERFRONT REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is authorized to enter into
a contract with W. R. Coles and Associates for professional
engineering services for Downtown Riverfront Redevelopment
Project, Floodwall to Riverfront Section. This contract is
attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as if
set out in full.
SECTION 2. The account number for this expendi-
shall be determined by the City Manager.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
