ORDINANCE NO. 91-3-4576
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT WITH FLORENCE & HUTCHESON, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR DOWNTOWN RIVERFRONT REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT �
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is authorized to enter into
a contract with Florence & Hutcheson, Inc. for professional
engineering services for Downtown Riverfront Redevelopment
Project, Downtown Section. This contract is attached hereto
and incorporated by reference herein as if set out in full.
SECTION 2. The account number for this expendi-
ture shall be determined by the City Manager.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
