ORDINANCE NO. 91-2-4570
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF PADUCAH AND THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT BARGAINING UNIT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah and the Paducah
Police Department Bargaining Unit entered into an Agreement
on December 5, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the customary ordinance approving this
Agreement was not adopted.
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute an Agreement between the City of Paducah and the
Paducah Police Department Bargaining Unit.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be retroactive to
December 5, 1989.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective
upon publication in full.
