ORDINANCE NO. 91-1-4564
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-49, "CITY MANAGER
- GENERALLY", OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-49, "City Manager -
Generally, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be amended to read as follows:
"The annual rate of compensation for the City
Manager shall be paid at the times other city salaries are
paid, and shall be exclusive of the compensation, if any,
paid to him as a member of the Electric Plant Board of the
City.
Base Annual Salary
Position Effective 0fX0f00 12-17-90
City Manager $$01000;00 55,000.00
SECTION 2. This salary shall be retroactive to
December 17, 1990.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
