AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZINGITHE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
THE SUM OF $15,230.57 TO PADUCAH POWER SYSTEM FOR REMOVAL,
DISPOSAL AND REPLACEMENT OF PCB TRANSFORMERS AT FLOOD PUMP
PLANTS 4, 9 AND 10
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Treasurer is authorized to
pay the sum of $15,230.57 to Paducah Power System for
removal, disposal and replacement of PCB transformers at
Flood Pump Plants No. 4, 9 and 10, in accordance with
Federal PCB Regulations.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-320-369.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
