ORDINANCE NO. 91-4-4601
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDERS NO. 1, 2 AND 3 IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT
OF $3,739.84 WITH MIDSTATES CONSTRUCTION COMPANY TO RETROFIT
FIRE STATIONS NO. 1 THROUGH 5
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with
Midstates Construction Company to retrofit Fire Stations No.�
1 through 5; and
WHEREAS, Change Orders No. 1, 2 and 3 in the total
amount of $3,739.84 are required for various additions to
the contract.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into Change Orders No. 1, 2 and 3 in the
total amount of $3,739.84 with Midstates Construction
Company for retrofitting Fire. Stations No. 1 through 5.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with
Midstates Construction Company is amended to $72,538.84.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 12-500-150-409.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.)
