ORDINANCE NO. 91-4-4598
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF JOHN S.
TALBERT AND ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR CONSULTING SERVICES AND
ADMINISTRATION OF A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
OBTAINED THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT,
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the
proposal of John S. Talbert and Associates, Inc. for
consulting services and administration of a Community
Development Block Grant obtained through the Department of
Local Government, Commonwealth of Kentucky. Project
management fees will be based on the size and scope of the
project as approved by the Department of Local Government.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute a
contract with John S. Talbert and Associates, Inc., for
services described in Section 1 above. This contract is
attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully
set out herein.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
