ORDINANCE NO. 91-11-4695
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF MARCO PAVING
COMPANY, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $14,707.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF
ONE 1977 FORD LN -700 OIL DISTRIBUTION TRUCK OWNED BY THE CITY
OF PADUCAH
WHEREAS, the City does not have any use at this time
(I or in the future for this vehicle, which constitutes surplus
property; and
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for the sale of
this property on November 7, 1991.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby accepts the
bid of Marco Paving Company, Inc. in the amount of $14,707.00
for the purchase of one 1977 Ford LN -700 oil distribution
truck.
SECTION 2. The Purchasing Agent for the City of
Paducah is hereby authorized to prepare all documents necessary
to effectuate the sale and transfer of this vehicle.
SECTION 3. The funds derived from this sale will be
credited to Account No. 01-00-05-507.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
