ORDINANCE NO. 91-11-4693
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
INTERIM PARKS AND RECREATION DIRECTOR AGREEMENT /
WHEREAS, the City wishes to contract on an interim I
basis for the independent services of Bruce Pope to render
advisory assistance for the City's Parks and Recreation
Department, and Pope wishes to provide such services on the
terms and conditions of the Agreement.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
an Interim Parks and Recreation Director Agreement with Bruce
Pope to provide advisory assistance for the Parks and
Recreation Department. This Interim Agreement is attached
hereto and incorporated by reference as if set out in its
entirety.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 01-24-01-258.
SECTION 3. This Agreement is effective retroactive
to November 4, 1991.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be published by
summary pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
