ORDINANCE NO. 91-10-4682
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ACTION OF THE PADUCAH
PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT PLAN
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON HIGHWAY 60 WEST OF HOLT ROAD
WHEREAS, the Paducah Planning Commission held a
hearing on June 17, 1991, on the proposed Development Plan,
and at a meeting on September 16, 1991, adopted said plan \.
and recommended its submittal to the Board of Commissioners V
of the City of Paducah for final approval.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a motion adopted by the Paducah
Planning Commission on September 16, 1991, approving a
Development plan for an area located on Highway 60, west of
Holt Road, is approved as the final report of said Commis-
sion respecting the matters set forth therein.
SECTION 2. That the Development plan is hereby
approved as shown on the plan entitled, "Vicinity Map".
SECTION 3. That if any section, paragraph or
provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inopera-
tive, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency
or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall
not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof,
it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make
each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof
separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provi-
sions.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publi-
cation pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
