HomeMy WebLinkAbout91-10-4681325 ORDINANCE NO. 91-10-4681 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY BETWEEN OAK AVENUE AND RIGGLESBERGER LANE, AND AMENDING THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH l REZONING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That a resolution passed by the Paducah Planning Commission on September 16, 1991, and entitled, "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN OAK AVENUE AND RIGGLESBERGER LANE", be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth. SECTION 2. That the zone classification and the map amendment proposed in said resolution be, and the same are hereby, declared to be in agreement with the comprehen- sive plan of the City of Paducah. SECTION 3. That the zone classification of the following described property be, and it is hereby, changed from R-1, Low Density Residential Zone, to R-2, Low/Medium Density Residential Zone: Beginning at point at the north end of Farwood Drive where said Drive abuts the southeast corner of the property line of Joe and Pam Shane; thence in a northerly direction a distance of 595.92 feet to a point in the Joe Shane property; thence in a westerly direction a distance of 433.22 feet to a point in the east right-of-way line of Rigglesberger Lane; thence along said right-of-way line a distance of 205.20 feet to the south right-of-way line of Stonebrook Drive (a private drive); thence along said private drive a distance of 400.40 feet to a point located at an existing utility easement; thence south 35 feet; thence east 25 feet; thence south 197.54 feet to a point in the north property line of Joe & Pam Shane; thence east a distance of 691.78 feet to a point in the center line of Oak Avenue; thence along the center line of Oak Avenue to a point in the center line of Oak Avenue and the south property line of Joe and Pam Shane; thence in a westerly direction a distance of 670.55 feet to the point of beginning. �..,. r ....i,_...I F. -i_ _.. r. r -'!W:4 � � Fr „—� n -��� �-- :.:.:_..... i.. ,�u.__.. , ....:..r ....:_41—. _ ._ :_an — r. .. __.,,. ,. ;i u ....,.,...µdad ,rcu�.u•_�L �_—r:-r_im.i.� ::_: _.. ...... _... ___�.�,, ,-,,,�=M.._ .. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inopera- tive, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof J' separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provi- sions. SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424. GERRY B.
