ORDINANCE NO. 91-6-4629
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF PUBLIC
RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
WHEREAS, by waiver of subdivision plat of Bellview
., Subdivision of record in Plat Book "F", page 7, in the McCracken
County Court Clerk's Office, Charles R. Bell and Billye M. Bell
dedicated to public use a 501x200' unnamed roadway located south
of U. S. Highway 60, east of Olivet Church Road, and west of the
property of the McCracken County Board of Education; and
WHEREAS, by a waiver of subdivision plat for a portion
of the Bellview Subdivision of record in Plat Book "G", page 293,
in the McCracken County Court Clerk's Office, Charles R. Bell and
Billye M. Bell dedicated to public use two 50'x200' roadways,
depicted on Plat Book "G", page 293, as Bellview Drive and Oxford
Lane and lying east of Olivet Church Road, south of U. S. Highway
60; and north of Hansen Road; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended that the
Board of Commissioners for the City of Paducah accept the
dedication of the aforesaid public rights-of-way in that the
dedication would be beneficial to the public interest and
necessary for future development in the area.
Kentucky:
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City of Paducah,
SECTION ONE
That the dedication of the three public rights-of-way
as depicted on the wavier of subdivision plats for the Bellview
Subdivision of record in Plat Book "F", page 7, and Plat Book
"G", page 293, in the McCracken County Court Clerk's Office,
shall be and are hereby accepted but such acceptance shall not
constitute an undertaking on the part of the Board of
Commissioners or the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for the
construction, improvement, and maintenance of said rights-of-way,
that being a matter for separate consideration and action.

SECTION TWO
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate the
approval of the aforesaid rights -of -ways.
SECTION THREE
This Ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
will become effective upon publication of the title and a
certified summary thereof.
