ORDINANCE NO. 91-5-4615
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENGINEERING AND
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES TO EXECUTE AN APPLICATION FOR

IRREVOCABLE STANDBY LETTER OF CREDIT PAYABLE TO THE STATE OF
KENTUCKY FOR LANDFILL POST -CLOSURE PROCEDURES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Director of Finance and the
Director of the Department of Engineering and Environmental
Services are hereby authorized to execute an Application for
Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit payable to the State of
Kentucky for landfill post -closure procedures. This
Application is attached hereto and incorporated by reference
as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
