ORDINANCE NO. 91-5-4614
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
BARE -BOAT CHARTER AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,000 PER
MONTH BY AND BETWEEN JUBILEE OF MISSISSIPPI, INC. AND THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is authorized to execute a
Bare -Boat Charter Agreement in the amount of $5,0.00.00 per
month by and between Jubilee of Mississippi, Inc. and the
City of Paducah. This Agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance will be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
