ORDINANCE NO. 91-7-4640
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-52, 11ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGE ADMINISTRATOR", OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-52, "Alcoholic Beverage
Administrator", of the Code of Ordinances be amended and
reordained so that said section as amended and reordained
shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 2-52. Alcoholic Beverage Administrator.
(a) The person appointed as the city alcoholic
beverage administrator for the City of Paducah shall be paid
at the following listed rates upon satisfactory completion
of consecutive years of service, in this position, and upon
recommendation of the City Manager:

Step 3 2,193.00 2,281.00
SECTION 2. This salary will become effective
July 1, 1991.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two
separate days and published according to law.
