ORDINANCE NO. 91-7-4637
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 10-49, 10-52, 10-55, 10-58,
10-59, 10-61, 10-63, ABOLISHING SECTIONS 10-51, 10-53, 10-54 AND 10-60,
AND CREATING SECTIONS 10-62, 10-64 and 10-65, "CIVIL SERVICE" OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
\ SECTION 1. That Section 10-49 of the Code of Ordinances of

section as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 10-49. Department of finance.

(b) The chief of the maintenance division may designate one
maintenance specialist in his department to act as a lead man or
part-time working foreman to serve in such capacity at the direction of
the chief of the maintenance division. The maintenance specialist so
designated shall be paid an additional $1.00 per hour during such times
as the maintenance specialist designated actually serves in such,
capacity.
SECTION 3. That Section 10-55 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained so that said
section as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 10-55. &ewer -Warks Department of Environmental &
Engineering Services.
Sewer-Wevks-Beparemeae- (a) There is hereby authorized and
created the following positions in the sewer-werks-department
Department of Environmental and Engineering Services,, and the salary
of each position that shall be paid upon satisfactory completion of
