ORDINANCE NO. 91-6-4631
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN \1P
AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN E.M. BAILEY DISTRIBUTING COMPANY
AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR THE CITY'S SUPPLY OF VEHICLE
FUEL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute an Agreement with E.M. Bailey Distributing Company
for the City's supply of vehicle fuel. This Agreement is
attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully
set out herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance will be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
