AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE DEDICATION OF AN
EXTENSION OF MEDICAL CENTER DRIVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah does hereby
authorize the dedication of an extension of Medical Center
Drive from the existing Medical Center Drive to Lourdes
Hospital, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot Number 4
of Paducah Medical Mall Subdivision - Phase 1, as
shown by plat of record in Plat Section J, page
1038, of McCracken County Clerk's Office, and also
being at the southwest end of the existing 50'
wide dedicated right-of-way of Medical Center
Drive; said point further being described as the
northwest corner of the Paducah Water Works Forest
Hills reservoir site as shown by Plat Section J,
page 1395, of the aforesaid clerk's office; thence
south 20 degrees, 41 minutes, 17 seconds east
along and with the westerly line of said Water
Works property 21.68' to a steel rod at the
southeast corner of a tract of land as shown by
Plat Section J, page 810, of said clerk's office;
thence south 56 degrees, 22 minutes, 58 seconds
west along and with the southerly line of said
property of record 780.21' to a 4" x 4" concrete
monument at the northeast corner of Parcel #2 as
shown by Plat Section J, page 1363; thence with
the westerly line of the herein described
right-of-way north 53 degrees, 19 minutes, 20
seconds west a distance of 53.11' to a steel rod;
thence north 56 degrees, 22 minutes, 58 seconds
east along and with a line 50' northwest of and
parallel with the aforesaid southerly line a
distance of 652.56' to a steel rod at the end of a
+ curve that is concave to the northwest; thence
along the arc of said curve having a -chord length
of 137.60' and a radius of 495.87 and a chord
bearing of north 48 degrees, 2.4 minutes, 27
seconds east a distance of 138.05' to a steel rod
at the end of said curve; thence north 40 degrees,
25 minutes, 56 seconds east a distance of 4.79' to
a steel rod at the southerly most corner of
Revised Lot #5 as shown by plat of record in Plat
Section J, page 1190; thence south 44 degrees, 34
minutes, 04 seconds east a distance of 50.19' to
the point and place of beginning, containing
41,441 square feet, or 0.95 acre.
Being a part of the same property described in
Deed Book 716, page 30, of the McCracken County
Clerk's Office.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
