AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF WAHL'S EXCAVATING
IN THE AMOUNT OF $242,014.00 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF U.S. HIGHWAY
60 SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the bid of

Wahl's Excavating in the amount of $242,014.00 for construction LL°�
of U.S. Highway 60 sanitary sewer extension, said bid being in
substantial compliance with the bid specifications and
advertisement for bids, and as contained in the bid of Wahl's
Excavating of August 22, 1991.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with Wahl's Excavating for construction of U.S.
Highway 60 sanitary sewer extension, according to the
specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents
heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 55-00-06-663.
SECTION 4.
This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publi-
cation pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
