ORDINANCE NO. 91-9-4668
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF LAMB PLUMBING &
MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS IN THE AMOUNT OF $51,819.50 PLUS AN
OPTION IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,877.55 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY
SEWER EXTENSION TO STINESPRING ESTATES SUBDIVISION, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
1114 SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the bid of
Lamb Plumbing & Mechanical Contractors in the amount of
$51,819.50 plus a $4,877.55 option for construction of sanitary
sewer extension to Stinespring Estates Subdivision, said bid
being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications and
advertisement for bids, and as contained in the bid of Lamb
Plumbing & Mechanical Contractors of August 15, 1991.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with Lamb Plumbing & Mechanical Contractors for
construction of Stinespring Subdivision sanitary sewer
extension, according to the specifications, bid proposal and
all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in
the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 55-03-05-470.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
