ORDINANCE NO. 91-8-4659
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH GRESHAM ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR CITY HALL RENOVATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
an Agreement with Gresham Associates, Inc. for professional
engineering services in City Hall for renovations for
relocation of City Hall Annex offices in City Hall at the
following hourly rates:
Sr. Architect
Jr. Architect
CADD
Draftsman
Inspector
Clerical
Hourlv Rate
$60.00

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 01-88-27-299.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
