ORDINANCE NO. 91-8-4649
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF NATIONAL UTILITY
PRODUCTS COMPANY FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF ADJUS-TO-GRADE
CASTINGS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
FOR SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the bid of«
National Utility Products Company for the purchase of
Adjus-to-Grade castings to be used for street paving
program, at the following prices, plus freight:
60 MB -2300 $108.00 ea.
40 NB 2300 $108.00 ea.
Said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid
specifications and advertisement for bids, and as contained
in the bid of National Utility Products Company of July 8,
1991.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with National Utility Products Company
for sale to the City of adjustable manhole rings authorized
in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid
proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and
incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
MAP Account No. 03-22-14-384.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
