AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND
WHALER'S CATCH CATERING FOR CATERING SERVICES ON BOARD M/V
JUBILEE I
WHEREAS, the City has a certain vessel, the M/V
Jubilee I, under a bare -boat charter agreement for the
purpose of providing dinner cruises on the Ohio River and is
now desirous of contracting with Caterer to provide food,
beverages, entertainment, marketing, promotion and ticket
sales for said vessel; and
WHEREAS, Caterer is capable and willing to provide
said services for the M/V Jubilee, subject to certain terms
and conditions.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute an Agreement for Services between the City of
Paducah and Whaler's Catch Catering for catering services on
board M/V Jubilee I. This Agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if set out herein in its
entirety.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 16-88-11-299.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance will be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication
pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
