ORDINANCE SO. 88-3-4032
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF 1,200 TONS OF STONE
FROM REED CRUSHED STONE COMPANY, INC. AT THE CONTRACT PRICE \'
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized to pay to
Reed Crushed Stone Company, Inc. the amount of $5.60 per ton for #3
limestone and $5.90 per ton for DGA, for approximately 1,200 tons of
limestone.
SECTION 2. This purchase is being made in accordance with
contract executed between Reed Crushed Stone Company, Inc. and the City
of Paducah, dated July 1, 1987 .
SECTION 3. This purchase shall be charged to Account No.
10-500-420-710.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will become effective upon publication of title and a certified
summary thereof.
