AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO.REIMBURSE HOME
INSURANCE COMPANY THE AMOUNT OF $3,692..00 FOR DEDUCTIBLE CLAIM OF RANDY
D. HARRIS

WHEREAS, Home Insurance Company has settled a claim for
personal injury by Randy D. Harris; and
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah has a $5,000.00 deductible
insurance policy with Home Insurance Company; and
WHEREAS, Home Insurance Company has requested -reimbursement
of this claim.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized to
reimburse Home Insurance Company the amount of $3,692.00 for a claim
paid to Randy D. Harris.
SECTION 2. The aforesaid expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-150-445.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will become effective upon publication of title and a certified
summary thereof.
