AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LEASE TO
McCRACKEN COUNTY FOR 1.9.5 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED ON LEGEAY LANE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY.:.
SECTION 1.. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a
lease to McCracken County for .1.9..5 acres of land located on Legeay
Lane, adjacent to the present landfill site.
SECTION.2. .This lease is attached hereto and incorporated by
reference as if -fully set out .herein.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
andwill become effective upon.publication in full,.
