ORDINANCE NO. 88-3-4027
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH McKEOWN, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,255.00 TO PROVIDE A ONE-YEAR
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT ON FOUR CANON COPIERS IN USE BY VARIOUS`
DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah does not currently have a
maintenance contract which covers all Canon copiers purchase and
serviced by McKeown, Inc.; and
WHEREAS,. the City can obtain a maintenance contract at a
reduced rate which covers all Canon copiers.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to enter into a
contract in the amount of $1,255.00 with McKeown, Inc. to provide
maintenance for four Canon copiers in use by various City departments,
which agreement will be effective from January 27, 1988, to January 26,
1989.
SECTION 2. Payment for said services shall be charged to the
Office Equipment Account of the departments using such service.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will become effective upon publication of title and a certified
summary thereof.
