ORDINANCE NO. 88-2-4020
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY UP TO THE
SUM OF $7,000 TO WHAYNE SUPPLY COMPANY FOR CAT DIESEL ENGINE REPLACE-
MENT IN FORD 8000 TRUCK FOR REFUSE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Whayne Supply Company is the only authorized
Caterpillar dealer within a reasonable geographic area.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:'
SECTION 1. That City Treasurer be authorized to pay up to
the sum of $7,000 to.Whayne Supply Company for a new 3208 Caterpillar
diesel engine in a 1980 Ford 8000 truck -for the Refuse Department.
SECTION 2. Account No. 10-500-420-322 shall be charged with
the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate
days and will become effective upon publication in full.
