ORDINANCE NO. 88-2-4019
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 87-10-3082
WHEREAS, this amendment is based on unit bid prices contained
in a contract between the City of Paducah and G & L. -Pipe Engineering,
Inc. for Forest Hills sewer line rehabilitation.
BE IT.ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the contract amount with G & L Pipe
Engineering, Inc: be amended from $73,176.00 to $80,769.00, for Forest
Hills sewer line rehabilitation, based on, unit bid prices by G & L Pipe
Engineering, Inc.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will become effective upon publication in full.
