AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF WAHL'S EXCAVATING, FOR
RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT,•.AND-AUTHORIZING•�THE..MAYOR..TO-EXECUTE.A CONTRACT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:- _ _ .. _ _ _ ._ ..
SECTION 1. That_the ,City._of Paducah .accept the -bird of
Wahl's Excavating, for rental__of �a tractor-scraper-atl.$60-00..per hour,
said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications
and advertisomeut,.for,,bids as.was authorized by Municipal Order passed
by the Board of Commissioners on November 24, 1987, and -as contained in
the bid of Wahl's Excavating, dated January 21, 1988.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a con-
tract with Wahl's Excavating, for rental of the above equipment,
according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract
documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for said rental equipment
shall be charged to Account Numbers 10-500-320-369 - Flood Construc-
tion; 10-500-340-354 - Street Paving; 10-500-610-525 - Expansion &
Development, Parks Department; 10-500-420-215 - Refuse Rental of
Equipment; 10-500-150-494 - Contingency Fund; 10-500-160-257 - Contract
Repair Construction; 10-500-430-525 - Expansion & Development;
10-500-440-355 - Sanitary Sewers; 10-500-440-356 - Storm Sewers;
and the Sewer Depreciation and Extension Fund.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will be effective upon publication of title and a...cer-tified summary
thereof.
