AN ORDINANCE.AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF SURVEYING EQUIPMENT
u FOR THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT IN.THE AMOUNT OF $4,552:00 FROM PADUCAH
BLUEPRINT AND SUPPLY COMPANY
WHEREAS, this purchase--is,being made as a non-competitive
negotiation under Section 26-61-,o€ the Code.of.Ordiinances"of the City
of Paducah; and
WHEREAS, quotations have been furnished by all suppliers in
the immediate geographic area.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized to pay to
Paducah Blueprint and Supply Company the sum of $4,552.00 for
surveying equipment for the Engineering Department.
SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-310-514 shall be charged
with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate
days and will become effective upon publication of title and a v..
certified summary thereof.
