ORDINANCE NO. 88-1-4012
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF ALLAN RHODES, INC. IN THE
AMOUNT OF $11,202.00, FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE 1988 4 -DOOR
DODGE DIPLOMAT, FOR USE BY THE INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of
Allan Rhodes, Inc. in the amount of $11,202.00 for the purchase of one
1988 4 -Door Dodge Diplomat to be used by the Inspection Department,
said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications
and advertisement for bids as was authorized by a Municipal Order
passed by the Board of Commissioners on November 24, 1987, and as
contained in the bid of Allan Rhodes, Inc., dated December 28, 1987.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a
contract with Allan Rhodes, Inc.. for sale.to the City of one 1988
automobile for the Inspection Department, authorized in Section 1
above, according;to the specifications,;bid proprosal and all contract
documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid. �y

SECTION 3. The purchase price for said automobile shall be
charged to Account No. 10-500-240-514.
SECTION.4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will become effective upon publication of title and a certified
summary thereof.
