ORDINANCE NO. 89-5-4242
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
THE SUM OF $3,500.00 TO COMPUADD FOR COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR THE
// POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS thisurchase is being made without

advertising because this equipment is compatible with
equipment already being used and will enable the system to V
utilize already existing programs for a software savings of
approximately $1,000.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City Treasurer be authorized
to pay the sum of $3,500.00 to Compuadd for a computer
system for the Police Department.
SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-210-503 shall
be charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full .
