ORDINANCE NO. 89-5-42.37
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
THE SUM OF $1,2.48.85 TO DENTON & KEULER FOR LEGAL SERVICES
RENDERED TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah retained the law firm
of Denton & Keuler to represent it in a suit filed by
AFSCME Local 1586; and
WHEREAS, Denton & Keuler has submitted a bill for
$1,248.85 for this representation.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized
to pay to Denton & Keuler the sum of $1,248.85 for
attorneys' fees in the case of City of Paducah v. AFSCME
Local 1586.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-150-445.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of,%
title and a certified summary thereof.
