ORDINANCE NO. 89-4-4229
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF D & D
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,778.00 FOR ROOF
REPAIRS TO PARKS & RECREATION ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City accept the proposal of
D & D Construction Company in the amount of $3,778.00 for
roof repairs to Parks & Recreation Administration Building,
and authorizing the City Treasurer to pay same.
SECTION 2. Account No. 10-500-610-257 shall be
charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
