AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO
PAY MORRISON CONTRACTORS THE AMOUNT OF $10,635.00 FOR
ll^ LANDFILL DIRT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized
to pay to Morrison Contractors the amount of $10,635.00 for
dirt for the landfill.
, SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-425-710.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
