ORDINANCE NO. 89-4-4227
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
THE SUM OF $4,215.74 TO DENTON & KEULER FOR LEGAL SERVICES
\' RENDERED TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah retained the law firm
of Denton & Keuler to represent it in a suit filed by Fire
Fighters Local 168; and
WHEREAS, Denton & Keuler have submitted a bill for
$4,215.74 for this representation.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer by authorized
to pay to Denton & Keuler the sum of $4,215.74 for
attorneys' fees in the case of City of Paducah v. Fire
Fighters Local 168.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-150-445.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
