ORDINANCE NO. 89-4-4222
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO ENTER INTO AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY., AND CITIZENS BANK ,& TRUST COMPANY FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION_OF A COMMUNICATIONS CABLE ABOVE NORTH 4TH
STREET
WHEREAS, Citizens Bank & Trust Company is the
lessee of certain real property located at 109-111 North
4th Street; and
WHEREAS, Citizens Bank & Trust Company has
requested from the City of Paducah permission to use a
portion of City.right-of-way for the construction of a
communications cable above North 4th Street.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to enter
into a temporary Encroachment Agreement with Citizens Bank
& Trust Company for the construction of a communications
) cable on City right-of-way above North 4th Street.
SECTION 2.
Said Agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3.
In order for employees of the lessee
to occupy this building in April, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this ordinance shall become effective
with one reading.
