ORDINANCE NO. 89-12-4356
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF SILLS CYCLE
CENTER IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,605.00 FOR ONE NEW YAMAHA
TERRAPRO VEHICLE WITH ONE FM 48 INCH MOWER, FOR SALE TO THE
CITY FOR USE BY THE PARKS DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PAD CAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Padu ah accept the
bid of Sills Cycle Center in the amount of $4,605.00 for one
new Yamaha Terrapro Vehicle with one FM 48 inch mower, for
sale to the City for use by the Parks Department, said bid
being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications
and advertisement for bids as was authorized by Municipal
Order passed by the Board of Commissioners on November 30,
1989, and as contained in the bid of Sills Cycle Center of
November 30, 1989.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is authorized to
execute a contract with Sills Cycle Center for the purchase
of one new 1989 Yamaha Terrapro vehicle, authorized in
Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid
proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and
incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-610-514.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
