ORDINANCE NO. 89-12-4355
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $500.00 WITH
ASPHALT PAVING, INC. FOR ALLEN LANE SEWER EXTENSION
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with
Asphalt Paving, Inc. for Allen Lane sewer extension; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is required for
various additional work and materials not specified in the
original contract bid.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$500.00 with Asphalt Paving, Inc. for various additional
work and materials not specified in the original contract
bid for Allen Lane sewer extension. This Change Order is
attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set out in
full.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with
Asphalt Paving, Inc. is amended to $36,078.50.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
