ORDINANCE NO. 89-12-4354
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID BID OF ARATEX
SERVICES, INC. FOR FURNISHING THE CITY OF PADUCAH WITH
UNIFORMS FOR EMPLOYEES IN VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the
bid of Aratex Services, Inc. for a term of two ( 2) years for
furnishing the City with uniforms for employees in the
various departments, at the following flat rate prices:
Uniforms Per Employee
Per Cycle Per Week
11 $4.50
9 3.60
7 2.70
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to
execute a contract with Aratex Services, Inc. for furnishing
the City with uniforms as authorized in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. The payment for said uniform service
shall be charged to the Uniform account number of the
departments using such service.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
