ORDINANCE NO. 89-11-4345
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
THE SUM OF $4,290.57 TO CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY CORPORATION
FOR TRANSMISSION FOR FRONT ENDLOADER REFUSE TRUCK FOR THE \
REFUSE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, this work was performed on an emergency
basis in order to utilize refuse truck to maintain refuse
pickup schedule.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Treasurer is hereby
authorized to pay the sum of $4,290.57 to Construction
Machinery Corporation for transmission for front endloader
refuse truck for the Refuse Department.
SECTION 2. Account No. 10-500-420-322 shall be
charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
